Zaquil reads the client's emails, forms and emailed files, works out the full job (services, jurisdictions, tax years) and proposes a document checklist tailored to that client. One click sends it to their secure portal; documents they email instead are captured and filed with a click. When the return is ready you share it in the portal, the client approves and e-signs it with a typed signature, and you get a certificate with the document fingerprint, time and IP — ready to file.
